We would like to inform you that our contract with Mr. Yusuke Takada, who has served as our partner chef since THE UPPER’s inception, has come to an end as of May 31, 2026, upon the expiration of the term.
Since our opening, Mr. Takada has made tremendous efforts on our behalf. The entire staff would like to express our deepest gratitude for his significant contributions over the years.
Moving forward, we will work as a united team, staying true to the philosophy that THE UPPER has always cherished, to deliver the cuisine and experiences that define THE UPPER.
